Elim Cheung

Founder of Project IN

Elim Cheung is a Hong Kong–born visual artist, multimedia designer currently based in Australia. She is studying

Design and Media Communication at Monash University, where her creative practice explores the intersection of

personal experience, cultural identity, and social commentary. Elim works across painting, printmaking, photography,

textiles, and digital media—blending traditional and experimental techniques to explore environmental and

humanitarian concerns.

Her work is grounded in emotional storytelling and symbolic spatial design, often highlighting the cycles of societal

struggle and resolution. Drawing from her cross-cultural upbringing and multilingual fluency in English, Cantonese, and

Mandarin. Elim uses art and design to foster empathy, critique systems, and promote sustainable, community-focused

innovation.

Louise Pou

Advisor of Project IN

Louise is a visual artist and arts educator based in Hong Kong. She specializes in animation with interests in photography, illustration and sound design. She has a singular goal of capturing a changing city and to make sense of her role in it. Process-driven, her go-to animation techniques range from hand drawn with pencil on paper and object-based animation. She is currently an art director at WARE, a multimedia design studio that focuses on creating interactive media

experiences for museums and commercial brands.

 

She is also a part time lecturer at CityU SCM. She graduated from CalArts MFA Experimental Animation & BA Film in Baptist University. Her latest film is 'Survival HK'.

Ronnie Cheung

Founder

Ronnie Cheung is a seasoned analytic professional with decades of experiences in social impact, corporate governance,

and sustainability-focused analytics. As founder of Sustainability Analytics Pty Limited, he leverages his deep expertise in

corporate governance, compliance, and responsible investment to build data intelligence tools that decode consumer

values, forecast lifestyle trends, and guide ethical business strategy.

With a background as a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Chartered Financial Analyst

charterholder, CPA Australia, and Applied Responsible Investment certificate holder, Ronnie has served as a fund

manager, NGO and investment governance advisor, and board director across Asia-Pacific.

His current roles include:

Independent Non-Executive Director, Ever Sunshine Services Group (HKEX: 1995)

Non-Executive Director, Warrandyte Community Bank, Victoria, Australia (Bendigo Bank network)

Ronnie’s multicultural exposure and experience engaging sovereign funds, listed companies, and community institutions

uniquely position him to connect global sustainability frameworks with global / local community and stakeholder priorities.

Ronnie’s vision is to empower brands, investors, and institutions with analytics that bridge cultural relevance, financial

integrity, and social impact—driving purpose-aligned growth in a rapidly shifting world.
